This tourist attraction is located in the Kulon Progo area, precisely in the village of SendangSari, Pengasih, Kulon Progo. The groundbreaking ceremony for this herbal medicine garden was officiated by the Regent of Kulon Progo, Mr. Hasto Wardoyo, in May 2016. The herbal medicine garden was established at the initiative of Naturindo Fresh, which produces various types of herbal medicine and has made Clereng the center of the herbal medicine industry. In addition to being an industrial center, this garden was built to preserve the culture and traditions that are beginning to fade.

There are various kinds of medicinal plants neatly arranged in a garden, as well as different types of living pharmacies. Additionally, there are gazebos where visitors can enjoy the beautiful mountain views.

Other facilities include a joglo (traditional Javanese pavilion), a playground, restrooms, and ample parking space. All available facilities can be used for various activities such as outbound training, weddings, educational tours, and currently, Taman Jamu also offers tour packages.
